This lovely human skull has beautiful coloring throughout. A very unique feature of this specimen is that it has Eagle Syndrome (also referred to as stylohyoid syndrome). This rare condition is characterized by the unusual elongation of the styloid process. Both styloid processes are present on this specimen. All dentition is missing ante-mortem, and the mandible is missing. The calvarium is uncut. There is an old, handwritten label on the back of the skull which reads, "862." This enthralling specimen has many wonderful features, and a stunning overall appearance. It would make a remarkable addition to any collection, and would be perfect for anatomical study and reference.
