This stunning, antique demonstration piece features a fetal human skull in relation to an adult female pelvis. The display features beautifully designed brass rosettes and stand-offs, mounted on a handsome wood base. This 1920's piece came from a French museum, and still retains the original handwritten catalog number, visible on the right pelvic bone. There are some other handwritten notations throughout, but they are difficult to read due to their age. Overall, this piece is in excellent condition, with some light damage to the left parietal bone of the fetal skull. This incredible specimen is truly a rare, one-of-a-kind piece, and would make a phenomenal display as part of any collection.
