Next-Day Handling
Orders received by 5:00 PM Pacific Time will typically ship out the next business day. Handling times may be prolonged during holiday seasons. Orders are shipped Monday - Friday, excluding holidays. Tracking information is provided for every order. Please note that we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates as shipping carriers are ultimately responsible for timely delivery of their packages.
Sales Tax
California residents must pay sales tax.
State Restrictions
We cannot sell human bones to residents of Georgia, Tennessee, or Louisiana due to restrictions within those states.
Refund/Cancellation Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return any unused item within 3 days. Customers must contact us for approval prior to returning an item. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges, and must have insurance for the full value of the package. Be certain to include all original parts, accessories, and packaging with any return. Items must be carefully packed and protected for return. Returns requested outside of the 3 day window may be approved or disapproved at our discretion. Returns may be subject to a restocking fee at our discretion. If you contact us for a return, please fully describe the situation so that we can better assist you.
